Yesterday I attended this very valuable workshop about Open Source here in Kuwait! I never imagined that this would be possible in this part of the world!! The speakers were excellent and a lot of good information was over-viewed. I also have had the opportunity to register to become a founding member of “Gartner’s Diwaniya”, an IT professional networking forum! The notes I’ve taken and submitted to work can be found here on my Scribd Account 🙂 Enjoy!

Sheik Mohammed Bin Rashed was “the” first Arab user to launch Windows 7 and use it in the Middle East! I however claim I was before him along with many others who tried the RC version 🙂 None the less, let’s see what this new operating system will bring to us.

My view: Windows 7 = Light as XP + Vista Style!

For those of you who are interested in owning an original full version of the new OS, it’s out in Kuwait’s stores starting @ 41 KD or so. Enjoy!

According to PinkRibbonDay.com.au, Today marks the Breast Cancer Awareness day! Thanks to our Local newspaper, AlQabas, for dedicating quarter of a page on its front-page for such issue.

Early detection = protection! We CARE FOR YOU ALL WOMAN OUT THERE, so be safe 🙂

*Genan: You know we can’t live without you!
