DG’s advice on Low Fat Diets

“the recommended dietary intake of fat is 30% of your daily total calorie intake. Use good healthy fats such as the omega 3 fatty acids to fullfill these calories. DO NOT use refined sugar ( which I personally call white poison).” Dg, KCAL

Great Reminder DG! An interesting post regarding weight-loss and fat-less diets 🙂 Boy do we need this to be practiced during Ramadan.
